Beta BioThane is available in a wide range of colors to fit all riding disciplines. The material is a vinyl or urethane coated polyester. It is very strong and durable and requires little or no care. It does not soak up sweat, crack or peel, and it will stay flexible over its lifetime. Beta BioThane comes in many different varieties and thicknesses. If you would like us to provide you with free color samples, so you can be sure of the color you will be ordering, please contact us via email info@horseloversoutlet.com or call us Toll Free (866-863-2349) We use Beta BioThane for our underlay, unless specified otherwise by the customer. Beta is very soft and supple. It will not chafe your horse and it will form to your horse with use. Traditional BioThane is used for the overlay, or you may now choose to have your overlay in the same soft matte finished Beta if you prefer! Custom Biothane Order Policy: These are custom orders, they are made to your specifications and just for your horse. They are non returnable. *Sorry, but the best way to have the bling is without the overlay, the stems on the bling are not long enough to do both the overlay & the bling! **Padded Breast Collars without an overlay can have the Diamond Shaped Rivets added to them, but not the colored rhinestones as the stems on them are simply not long enough- please do not order Bling in the shape of the colored stones on the Padded Breast Collars and No Bling can be added to a Padded breast collar with an overlay color added.

Our new padded breast collar is made just like our very popular traditional breast collar. Only now we add the same padding as the Zilco breast collars, also the same padding that the Amish use, just think about how hard those horses work! Each chest piece and the section that goes to your girth are padded for the ultimate comfort of your horse! These padded breast collars are made the same way our traditional breast collars are made, but we add the padding to each chest piece and to the girth. These padded breast collars are made with 3/4" super heavy weight Beta Biothane along the chest and to the girth, if you decide to have an overlay color added, we will use 3/4" standard weight beta and our regular 1/2" overlay, which you can have in the matte finished Beta or in the shiny biothane.Normally this breast collar is made with no overlay, but we can add an overlay to match your whole set! (additional cost) This padding is easy to keep clean, (not a cheap neoprene padding), it is perforated so it will breathe.
