*** If you are an overseas customer or you live in CANADA you must email or fax in your order- UPS Ground does not calculate correctly, unless you live in the USA. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have many customers that e-mai us their orders, that way we can calculate the cost of Priority Mail Insured to you address, it is often times much cheaper through the PO.

Horse Lovers Outlet is a Secure Purchasing Site. We do not collect any information, to sell or give to anyone. All ordering information is confidential, and used strictly for processing your order, and for sending requested information only.
Shipping- We ship within the USA only.
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 3-7 day delivery time, except on custom ordered tack.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customer. Some items will be shipped, Regular US Mail, and Priority Mail Insured, via the Post Office.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling, must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, email us for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us, due to manufactures defect, or for any reason, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the items.
Repairs on Biothane and Beta Tack - $10 minimum charge for all repair work. Repairs will be billed at $20.00 per hour labor rate, plus cost of hardware.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will do everything we can to insure that you are. If you need to return something to us, please send us an email, stating the reasons for return. Items must include all original contents, (product, manuals, instructions, ect.) original packaging, original invoice or receipt.
Returns - We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied. We will always try and fix the problem and if we canĂ‚’t, we will gladly refund your money or give you a store credit, less your original shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee. All products must be returned in unused condition and within 30 days of purchase. This does not pertain to custom tack, and special orders . The customer agrees to pay the shipping charges to return the item.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
